Any seller who is registered as an online seller in India can sell through Eunimart. We have a strict onboarding process which requires sellers to prove their performance in the domestic market over time before they can sell in international markets. This is to ensure that only the best sellers can represent Brand India and we actually sell very high numbers through this process of Brand Building.
Selling on international marketplaces is easier than you think. You need to know about international regulations, be aware of country specific customs and taxes, be able to ship to your end customer and be able to receive payments from the marketplaces. Over all, you need to be responsive and ensure you sell high quality products to ensure the highest customer experience.
As of now products will only be sold through the Eunimart portal

Eunimart does not charge you to list your products internationally. Certain Marketplaces operate in foreign languages. If you want to translate your products into a foreign language you may either use our partners to translate, who will give you the best rates in India which we have fixed with them, or translate them on your own. Certain marketplaces require a monthly fee to list products and sell.
Payment cycles are dependent on Marketplaces. Eunimart will process your payments once the marketplace has transferred your payment to Eunimart. Your due and paid amount information will also immediately be reflected on your account on the Eunimart platform. Eunimart does not charge you to enable the payments. All charges occurring due to bank transactions will be borne by the seller.
You may list on marketplaces post KYC & QC clearance
There are no limits to this, You can upload any number of SKUs, provided they are QC checked by Eunimart

Pricing And Payments

Minimum acceptable price (including seller's comission) is determined by seller. The actual landing price is determined by our pricing logic which will take into consideration, shipping, customs and duties, taxes, marketplace commission, forex costs and banking fees.
Selling commission is a certain percentage of the selling price of your product which will be charged by Marketplaces on per order basis. It differs across categories, sub-categories and Marketplaces. Commissions charged on international marketplaces are on average much lower than what is charged in Indian e-commerce marketplaces

Listing And Catalog

There are no such condition as of now
Eunimart is integrated with different Marketplaces which means that catalogue creation and updation can be automatically done from our platform. Once all KYC & QC are met from seller's end your products will automatically be integrated
We are in the process of tying up with a catalogue creation partner. Until this is finalised, we would advise you to create your own catalogue based on our QC guidelines and csv restrictions
You are only required to enter the Product Price, which is the amount receivable at your end. The Landing Price is created based on a pricing logic as defined before. Do bear in mind that the landing Price generally is 2.2 times your Product Price and we advise our sellers to enter the lowest acceptable Product Price to remain competitive. You are also advised to check marketing and promotional features of the marketplace to do advanced pricing.

Please note that certain categories are restricted and require prior approval before you can start selling.

Returns And Seller Protection

Eunimart is only a service provider enabling sellers to sell in international marketplaces. We do not take responsibility over the products. Our Logistics Partners provide insurance for lost/damaged goods. Marketplaces take the final decision on fraudulent customer claims. Sellers are advised to insure their goods before shipping.
In cross border e-commerce returns are only initiated after the marketplace has verified the customer's claims of having received damaged/ wrong products. No compensation will be provided to sellers in case customer returns damaged products
All such claims are investigated by the marketplace. Eunimart will assist the sellers to raise such claims with the marketplaces, but will not take the responsibility of either verifying or compensating the seller.
The Logistics Partners (DHL/FedEX/others) have a certain insurance for the product. Sellers are advised to purchase their own insurance.
