Q1 Is the free plan available for new users?

Yes, our free plan is available for all users.

Q2 What marketplaces are supported on the Eunimart platform?

Eunimart supports native integration with major platforms including Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, eBay, Lazada, and many more. Click here to see the full list of supported marketplaces globally. We can also support custom integrations for enterprise customers, contact us to learn more.

Q3 Can I create and manage shipments on the Eunimart platform?

Yes. You can create new shipments under the shipping management tab, under Supply Chain Management Systems. You can book and ship products domestically and internationally and track current shipments. Learn more.

Q4 Is my data secure?

We use industry standard firewalls and encryption to protect your data. We do not share your information with any third party without your knowledge or prior permission. See our privacy policy here.

Q5 What documents are required to start selling on international marketplaces?

International selling requirements vary by platform and country, but at a minimum you’ll generally need government-issued photo identification and a social security or EIN number. We’re happy to provide further assistance based on your specific situation. Contact us to learn more.

Q6 How can I check my subscription details?

Click on your name on the top right corner>> Subscription and Billing>> Subscription.

Q7 How do I change or update my company details?

Click on your name on the top right corner>> Account Page>> Edit. Be sure to click Save once you have made the changes.

Q8 Do you have an app on Google Playstore or Apple Appstore?

Coming soon! Eunimart iOS and Android apps are in development and will be launching globally soon.
