Eunimart uses Google Analytics to provide the below services and business functions; however, all processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance to the contract with us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the website and identify visitor preferences; but in this case, the data will be in non-identifiable form. We do not use any of this information to identify Visitors or Users.
Any information that you voluntarily choose to include in a Public Area of the Service, such as a public profile page, will be available to any Visitor or User who has access to that content.

We use the legitimate interests’ legal basis for processing direct marketing mailers / phone calls and have identified that our interests are to provide you with high quality, best in industry, performance support system to ease and improve user onboarding, support and training.

Clear gifs information:
When you use the Service, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No personally identifiable information from your Eunimart account is collected using these clear gifs. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting and make Eunimart better for our users.
Minors And Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16 without obtaining parental consent. If you are under 16 years of age, then please do not use or access the Service at any time or in any manner.
